Robin Hamman leads the Social Media team at Social Business Consultancy, Headshift. He has over 10 years professional experience devising, implementing and managing social strategies for businesses. Robin joined Headshift from the BBC where he helped content producers map their existing editorial processes onto social tools, often gaining efficiencies whilst reaching out to new audiences and deepening engagement.
The techniques he learned outside the firewall - using playfullness, incentives and rewards to drive participation - are increasingly finding a place within enterprise collaborative spaces. A regular speaker at major industry conferences, Robin is also a Visiting Journalism Fellow at City University, London. He holds a teaching degree, an MA in Sociology, an MPhil in Communication Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law.
