Helen joined Virgin Media as Head of Internal Communications in March 2008. She is responsible for internal communications strategy development and execution.
Her career has spanned all aspects of the communications sphere, moving from Cable & Wireless where Helen held a variety of marketing roles, to NS&I (National Savings and Investments) where she held the position of Head of Corporate Communications.
Helen’s time in marketing and PR instilled in her a real belief that for a business to excel you first need to get the basics right with your employees and drive true passion and engagement internally.
Joining Virgin Media has provided the perfect arena for Helen to push the boundaries of internal communications and trial new communications techniques, all centred on building employee engagement and advocacy.
